Beauty all Around us

I have been meaning to upload a post about my pictures that I love that I have taken over the years, most particularly my pictures of LDS temples, as they are my all-time favorites. (My only regret is that my Laie, Hawaii temple pictures got lost when I moved, and they were SO GOOD.) My approach to art, is that there is always something beautiful to be found in our surroundings. My photos are proof of that, I carry my camera nearly everywhere and when I see something that catches my eye, I do my best to capture what I see in a way that others see and appreciate as well. Here is the cream of the crop, I hope you enjoy as much as I. It's going to take me a while to upload all of them, so I'll make a note when it is completely updated. (If someone could tell me how to upload more that 4 at once that would be GREAT.)


I like this one because the history. This room is the upstairs of Carthage jail, where the first prophet of the Latter-Days, Joseph Smith, was martyred. This hole is from one of the bullets, and Joseph Smith fell through that window, which has since been restored.
I love this shot, I had to lay down on the ground and crane to get the hollow just right.
